Ah, you are back! Welcome! The other day I was thinking that many of the good writers had left the site, and I was missing them, including you. Do you still have Lily? Sunny wrote a book last year "Sunny Days" by Wendy Smith-Gordon. Lily is mentioned. He started to object to my using my name but I pointed out he didn't have a bank account for the revenue that was bound to fill his coffers (lol, just as well his food does not depend on his income!).
I enjoyed your timely and true 5-7-5, and wish you the best for the contest. Happy new year, andmay it be productive and fulfilling.

Thanks for your good wishes Wendy (and for the review). I have had time away to recharge, plus I was becoming disenchanted with the site. I'm pleased to see that your own writing has been well received and successful - as has Sunny's haha. Yes, Lily is still my beloved companion - maybe she will write something again one day. I have become increasingly disenchanted. Will probably not write much this year. Last year I published three books, and have another almost ready, but the site has changed a lot, and in ways I am not happy with.

You did well to get those books published - each very worthy. I agree with you that the changes have been disappointing.
