Firstly, Julia showed extraordinary insight and wisdom. She has been a sensitive and wonderful wife, and secondly congratulations on an explanation which even I can understand for the solution to his problem. Now all he has to do is work out the details!! Lol. Brilliant. And of course, outstanding writing. Always such a pleasure to read your work.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review, Wendy. I really appreciate the feedback on the science involved. I spent a lot of time trying to make it understandable and not overwhelming, and it sounds like I may have succeeded.
Yes, Julia's wisdom is extraordinary. For those who think her unbelievable, I can only tell them I modeled her after my own wife who behaved exactly as Julia has when I dueled with the devil of depression a number of years ago. I was very fortunate to have someone so loving and who understood me so well that she knew exactly what I needed to see me through it. Venlafaxine also helped!
