Yes, anger, is a very destructive emotion, but at times it can be good to to combat a senseless attack. I liked your poem a lot. I have just worked through some anger of late and for good reason, but now it's turned into indifference. I'm back to my own relaxed self. Ulla:)))

great poem that reflects the destructive poem of rage unchecked. I like the image chosen of a volcano spewing forth hot molten lava destroying everything in its path

Anger is a wasted emotion and doesn't anybody any good. I wish more people understood that and knew how to handle the situation when things go wrong. Thank you for sharing this poem and message with us.
