I loved this. In my life, I have been blessed by friends. I lost one of my dearest friends several years ago. My best friend and I connect in ways I can't even describe. We have had a 50+ year friendship. It is a gift I treasure.

Hello Carol. I'll have to check out Debi's post later today. We seem to be on the same wavelength today. Yes, leaning on my friends and caregivers was the right thing to do. Being alone in a hospital is a scary experience to go through.

Yes, I am on the mend and recovering nicely with the help of my team of caregivers. We watch each other's back. Our love shows in the way we share affection.
