This is lovely. I like the way the repeated phrases at the beginnings of lines reinforces the emotion. On the last line of the second verse you've put 'where the is no fear'. Did you mean 'where there is no fear'? I've only just joined the site but can see that this is something that is very important to members and you've done it justice

Thank you for the review, and I fixed the error.

Another fine poem and a beautiful song. Hadn't heard this one. Don't listen to the radio at all anymore so I've no idea if it's a hit or not but it most certainly should be

Hi Mike, I have no idea whether it's a hit or not, either, but it kept playing in my head as I was writing the poem, so decided to add it on. Thanks for the review!!

It certainly deserves to be

My friend, you're so full of suprises! This is a beautiful poem for our dear Nomi. I love it all and the theme of a thousand years or into eternity. We are thinking alike, my sister born of another mother!
I'm sure Nomi will be abundantly blessed and comforted by your gorgeous offering.
A virtual six for this and compliments.

Hi Sally,
Thank you so much for the lovely review. I actually changed it to Thousand years to go with the video I included. If you can, go back and see the changes.
I'll take that virtual six. As you know, poetry isn't my strong suit, but comfort is.
Love you much,
Rhonda

There is no explanation for the grief and pain, yet we still cry and ask why? Our only answer is in His light, that they are not gone but live within us until we meet again. Eternal love lies in our faith that there is a promise of forever. Loved your poem.

Hi Carol,
Thank you for reviewing, my friend. As you know, I'm not a poet, but I will when needed. You're right about pain. It's with us here, but not there!!
Hugs,
Rhonda
