Good one, Wendy! I love how the folage changes into so many different brilliant colors in the fall, then the white winter and budding green in spring. ..... like changing clothes. Loved it!

"jauntily flaunting" - try saying that 10 times as fast as you can, lol!
I love how you tie nature to human life by giving the seasons different outfits. Very clever. Hopefully, the committee thinks so too:-)
Good luck.

I always find the colours of autumn the most vibrant of the year, and love tramping through the fallen leaves. From this excellent Haiku it would seem you do too. lovely tree. kay

Yes I do too, but I only rarely get the chance unless I travel to the colder areas of Australia. I love the Autumn colours in other areas. Mostly the majority of trees where I live are not deciduous. Thanks so much for reviewing.

This is what we are seeing in the park right now Wendy, the dress code is becoming more formal until it will be stark black tie! I enjoyed your magical post, love Dolly x x x

I love language available to us describing the colours of autumn, she displays her autumnal clothing with her prideful adornments, yes it's a wonderful time of the year, but not here, beautifully written Wendy, blessings Roy
