It sounds like you have a wonderful sister. I love it when sibblings have a loving relationship. It it what I want for my children. I wasn't fortunate enough to have a sibling. This poem is beautiful and I sure your sister will keep it as special as a precious memory.

Thanks so much, Beth, for this lovely review and sweet words for my sister, Diane. Yes, I am sorry you didn't get that experience, Beth, as I came from a family of nine and we were all close.
She has been reading and enjoying all the kind wishes and she thanks you too. Love, Debi

A lovely, caring tribute to your older sister, Diane, which I'm sure will make her very proud. There must be quite an age difference as you say you were still small when she got married. This makes it all the more delightful that you remain as close as you are. Thanks for sharing, Debi. Take care Debbie xo

Thanks so much, Debbie, for this lovely review and sweet words for my sister, Diane. I can't remember if Diane was eight or nine years older than me, so. I wasn't small like a young child but I was a kid yet.
She has been reading and enjoying all the kind wishes and she thanks you too. Love, Debi

I'm sure she knows that you love her. You don't have to tell her is my guess, but how could she not love you, we all do because you do wonderful things for others, and devote your gift to honour others, you are a hero yourself, beautifully written, blessings Roy

Now that's a loving tribute to your older sister. With men, we like telling each other how fat and bald we are. What a wonderfully written poem. Best of luck with your writing! Have a great day, and God bless.

This birthday poem is full of sweet praise for your sister. I particularly loved the line, "Even our laughter seems to rhyme." Clearly you have a wonderful relationship with your sister.

Hi Debi,
There's no sister like a big sister! Sounds like you admire and love her to pieces, and her kids, too!
Roger must be Diane's husband? Did he pass away?
My favorite verse,
"So Happy Birthday, dear Diane.
My sister's love~ big as it can.
You are the best. I hope you know
That you've always been my hero." ... very nice!
Happy Birthday, Diane!!!
Hugs,
Kimbob

I am the only boy, youngest behind two sisters, the youngest sister died in 2006. The oldest sister is still alive but is suffering from dementia according to my niece. My oldest sister has always been my hero, tough as nails, it is painful to see her as being frail now. It breaks my heart to view her in a diminished capacity. I really love your tribute to your older sister.

Thanks so much, Nomi for this lovely review and sweet words for my sister, Diane. I know how hard it has been for you to lose your sister. I still have all three of mine and I am so thankful. But I lost two brothers both in their forties and my little brother I had been arguing with and we never reconciled and the guilt has eaten me alive for almost twenty years. However, I finally gave it to God and it has helped.
