Your story progresses well. You left us at a very exciting point. Glad i have six at this time. I knew the pregnancy test would be positive. Your observations about love are right on the money. Give us more. One small typo: "I'm guessing their illegal aliens coming"-should be "they're".

Thank you for the catch. I knew that too. I hate when I do dumb things like that. I appreciate the help.

Hi Barb,
I haven't been following your story, so I don't understand what's going on. I know that it's partly about illegal immigrants to the United States from Mexico. Isn't it Donald Trump who wants to build a great wall to keep them out? And there's a girl who discovers she is pregnant. A brief synopsis might help me find my way before the next chapter. But one thing I can say, the chapter is very well written. I found no need for improvement. Just one thing I might mention... the chapter is long. It's not that it shouldn't be, mind you, but many reviewers aren't willing to read a long post, even if it is well-promoted. They are more "in-and-out" reviewers. The only reason I mention this, you might get more reviews and following if your chapters weren't so long.
You must have done some research into the trouble at the southern border. You mention Eagle Pass and Shelby Park. As a distant Canadian, I don't understand much of the issue except that poor Mexicans are looking for a better life in a better country. But I can understand that a few of the trespassers are trouble ... drugs, for example. There's always a bad apple in the barrel. But these people are like the Palestinians. They're homeless. They're defeated. They need your hospitality. I feel sorry for them.
Hugs,
Kimbob

I live in Texas and live with the problem daily. The problem isn't really the Mexican's coming across, it's the others from countries that aren't friendly with us. I understand about the length. My novels are about 90,000 words so if I posted smaller, it would take years to complete the posting. I'll take what I get. My fans don't seem to mind. Thank you for dropping by and leaving this kind review. Please drop by again.

I liked the tension you built up in your writing as Sarah waited to find out if the pregnancy test was positive. I definitely want to know what's going to happen to her and Bob next, you definitely know how to keep us invested and wondering more about your characters Barbara. I really enjoyed reading it.

Lots of strong dialogue in this chapter.

Noah asked questions I would not have had the balls to ask or even the desire to know. Ha!
Fun!

Hi, Barbara

It looks like things are going to heat up soon. Not only with the drones, but with Bob and Sarah.

The drones are not necessarily aimed at them. They could be aimed at the migrants. But, they have to be prepared for any eventuality

I'm surprised that anyone went outside with what was going on because they could've been detected

I predict that Bob will embrace the baby

I enjoyed reading your book chapter

So much drama in this. First we have Sarah, nervous about her husband's reaction to the news. Then spotting the armed men. As Noah was describing the conditions of being in the closet, I found myself reaching for water. I was definitely into this chapter. A great chapter. Gretchen

Looks like we are about to hve some conflict on several fronts...Sarah's not going to take to being sidelined. Sami is Sami. And now we have intruders.... Hope help arrives in time. Great story line. Thanks for sharing.
