I honestly thought it was going to be Noah who couldn't stand it and would succumb to his desires first. Nice surprise. Your romance scene was well done. Not corny or cliche. Very real. I really appreciate the trouble you take for your readers. The cast of characters always helps and bringing us into the chapter also helps too
I know I miss some chapters to review. I either don't see them or just reviewing at the wrong time when they're not there
I'm interested to see where this relationship between Sami and Noah goes. But, also interesting is what's gonna happen with Big T.

The speed with which Sami melts in Noah's arms after she expresses her wish to leave in the morning seems a bit unbelievable to me. It's a hot, steamy scene, the adjectives boil, but I don't know if people change course like that in real life. The opening dialogue seemed a bit awkward to me too. Noah seems a bit too resigned to Big T's interest in Sami. I still don't think this is proper police etiquette. You can set criminals up but you can't work with them. estory

Undercover agents do it all the time. They also work with drug dealer and buy drugs from them. I will check the opening dialogue. Thank you for the kind review.

This was a wonderful description of a searing kiss. However, for me, forgetting about the passage of sound through the air vent didn't work. It was such an important effect I would have expected the team to shut things down quicker, or Sami to go totally ballistic. kay

Sami is a very passionate woman. I think Noah has more restraint than she does. I'm thinking in 17 days of being held by these men her friend, Myra must have gone through a lot of abuse. Will she still be the same innocent girl she once was if she is ever rescued?

Worthy of the six and then some, Barbara. You had me sizzling right along with Sami. It was done beautifully and definitely got the message across. Now how will they handle it? Sami already struggles and Noah continues to teeter between rules and his feelings for her. Great job!
