An excellent entry for the True Story Flash contest. You used a whole lot of big words that I will need to look up later in my dictionary but I believe that the fact that you used them and it appears that they make sense, proves you to be a big old blend of many things, but I couldn't say if they are the things you mentioned. Glad I could help. Good luck in the contest.

It must have been important for me to finsih this piece as it took a minimum of five days of caressing to put it to sleep. Maybe because it had nowhere to go (contests). It made little sense to share the complexity of my head with others, yet it seems to be a theme of mine, the theme being where I find what I write.
-
I say we should share our complexities and if they don't get it that's their problem. Good job.

Yes, I am a miraculous oddity, and wasn't it penned variety is the spice of life. That leads my mind to ask "and what spice am I Tom, and remember you cannot answer without consulting me first. (A catch-22) There might be a story there.
-
well what kind of spice are you? I'm pretty sure you aren't a Spice Girl. Maybe you are AllSpice?
-
Not All SPice but Old Spice, the fragrance with the ship on the bottle
-
Oh yes. I forgot about that one lol

It seems the definitions of all three of these characteristics you are dubbing yourself with aren't very flattering although you seem rather proud to have all three. Astually I thought being a visionary was a good thing until I read the your post. If nothing else, you are a good photographer. I notice all the people and animals have close to the same expression, even the cat you didn't take. I don't know aabout the thinker with his back turned. It is sort of a questioning look of bemusement. The portrait of you and the dog both look a bit smug but are definite look-alikes.

Iam what I am or purport to be, an enigma.
Glad you enjoyed the snapshots. I thought they fit the thought.

That is what all my kids call me, an enigma. What are we, freaks of nature. I keep telling people I'm normal but no one believes.

This profusion of intrusion to your condition is an allusion to your conclusion of seclusion! This is a very nice piece of self-examination.
You have it set in poetic format. I don't know if the powers-that-be allow that in a flash piece.
Thank you for sharing this inward peek of Tom's Mind.

we'll have to see if the powers to be deem it acceptable, but I never go in thinking I'll win since y pool of reviewers is rather small and the offering member cents too small for readers to take time to analyse the brilliance of me, see?

A naked thinker, a professor for a dog, and the imagination of the youth is quite the combination and mix that with the wild ideas that rush down the corridors of your mind and you've got quite a handful to think about. Good luck in the contest.

A confused mind is better than a fallow field. The first may sprout some weeds therein but a fallow field is null and void of ideres.
Thank you.

It's a fine line you weave, threading needles that may not even be there. I think it's only delusional until the illusion becomes visible.
It's difficult to understand 'paint-by-numbers' mentality.
Keep up the great work.

Tom, give me a shot of Jameson's, and I'll try to read this out loud without stumbling, bumbling, or fumbling my way through it.
btw. For the contest, you may want to remove the extra spacing...
me to decisively Great success with the votes
