Great poem of faith! I like your use of metaphors. The gospels also told how Jesus calms the storm and He will take care of us in the storms of life. Best wishes in the contest!

Thank you, Helen. You're so right. Sometimes, like His disciples, we forget His promise and His power...we, of little faith. Thank you for your review and best wishes. John

A beautifully written ode to the glory and terror of the sea. The story of Jesus asleep in the boat while the storm raged around it, the terrified disciples woke Him up, He rebuked the storm, and said to His men, Where is your faith? This is a first class poem John great work, great rhyme, articulate language, blessings Roy

Thank you, Roy. I think sometimes, we of little faith, like His disciples, forget the power and majesty of our Lord and Savior. Thank you for your review, and blessings to you as well. John
