Yes, some more good advice for the newbies who come aboard in a panic or racing to get to the top of the leader boards. LOL. Your best advice is advising that they keep their short stories to less than 1,500. I know we all come here writing long drawn out pieces, not realizing people only have so much time in a day to read and review. Thanks for sharing.

I know some folks feel it is an obligation. I did at first. But, I like to do it now. But, I could change my mind later and stop! Karen :-)

I cannot recall when I joined. Was it only a year ago, or two. Anyhow, I still know not how to offer review rewards greater than 52 cents unless I have some strokes (idk - what they're called). Can you double down on buying two 52 cent offering on one piece?

Grammarly is wrong in this case. Unfortunately, the program is not infallible. Whereas, of course, I am. LOL

The thing is, in this case, the comma entirely alters the meaning of the sentence. It gives the sense that you are only spelling something right if you're not sure.

Thank you for reading my tome. I hope they don't have to spend their time scratching their head as much as I did. A lot of us have trouble asking for help and are determined to find the answers for ourselves. Dumb.:-) Karen
