Lovely artwork, Ulla, and heartfelt message for Sandra. Words are very difficult at times like these. I am sure she will appreciate your comfort and that at some time in the future I think the "good memories will one day come to the fore."

Hello, Ulla,
What a heartfelt and beautiful message to send to Sandra upon the death of her beloved brother, Ian.
While I do not know Sandra well, we are "friends" on Facebook, and I learned of Ian's passing yesterday.
His struggles are over, yet an emptiness will remain in the hearts and lives of all who loved him.

You are a wonderful friend to Sandra to remember her brother in this manner.

This is beautifully written, Ulla! I have notes but I'm not sure how to choose prose or poem, if you can advise. Sandra is such a dear person and friend so it is hard to know a friend is hurting. Beautiful writing.
