There is an old saying, 'If you want something done, as a busy person.' That would certainly seem to apply in this case. Many of us have a desire to help but lack the know-how. This young man, as a young doctor, had not only the medical skills required but had taken the trouble to come to terms with the system for getting things done.
He certainly deserves his reward.
