This is a quick poem using colors to specify feelings. I like that hope is light like it should be. I wish for fear and sickness to lessen in the new year, as we all do.

I love this colorful reverse Haiku and I think it's a fun one to enter but I didn't get in. I like the progression of the poem from sadness to fear and then to hope in the end.

Your contest entry was awesome, Mystery Author.
Great job with the rules required of the prompt.
Your image choice was perfect as were the color
words-1 in each line. However more important was
your message. It was loud and clear and so needed by
all of the innocent victims of abuse. We must all be
ever vigilant to end the abuse and find and ???? the
low-life predators.

I never heard of a reverse haiku, and I didn't know haiku can rhyme - but you did an excellent job on following the form. Wonderful imagery and visuals, and I love the topic and presentation.
