Super job with your haibun. You created the routine of life in a mental ward and how depressing it can be. I really liked the "quicksand mind."
Suggestion:
When I wake up is visitation time (it's) and maybe a dash after 'time' because it's followed by a full sentence.

This is autobiographical, I just didn't want to say. The woman sitting on my bed staring at me while I was sleeping, was very creepy and really happened to me.
Thank you for letting me know about the spelling error. I had 2 or 3 reviewers help me with the prose part, everyone very nice and helpful. I'm lucky. When I started writing I had some really mean reviewers.
