You sure have to keep awake with this story. Being Margot is trying to find out what happened to Meg and the fall from Meg's horse, it will probably solve the ghosts of the past (Miles and Meg) so Margot can have her own life back.

That's the plan, Rosemary. Margot will now become the detective who solves (hopefully) the crime of the century! Or at least, the one that week! LOL. Warm hugs, my friend. :) Sandra xx

Though doubt circles reality in this story, I know we entertain Angels unaware. I have seen them and the celestials as well. In my 45 years of a miracle ministry, I assure you life is there behind the curtain.
I know this is fiction, but something motivated you to write it. I wonder?

Sorry I'm so late replying, Chuck, we had family around for Graham's birthday, and it was a bit hectic, but nice.
I loved your review, and you have me wondering. I believe there are angels walking around us. This story is unlike any I've written before, so, who knows? Thank you, dear friend. And a big hug for the sixth star. :)) Sandy xx

So Miles can see Margot as herself! What a clever twist. It will be interesting to see how he handles the situation with the two of them. There may be trouble when Miles goes home for staying there overnight. I can hardly wait to see how this plays out.

I'm sorry it has taken so long to reply, it was Graham's bithday and we had quite a party for him because for the last two years his landed right in lockdown. So he was spoilt, lol.
Now, Margot must try to become a detective, she needs to save Meg, who shouldn't have died when she did. This story is taking on a will of its own now!! lol. Thank you for the lovely review, my dear SATP, and the golden star. I'm glad you are still enjoying my story. Sending you loads of love and a big hug. :)) Sandra xxxx

In other words, "Follow me, we need to talk." LOL Yes, Miles does need to fill Margot in on his plans. You certainly have these time travel stories down pat, Sandra. Well done. We will see what is going on here soon. Someone caused Meg's accident and they are sure to find out who. Nancy

Really good chapter! I like where you are taking the story, and I'm looking forward to seeing how you write about 1886.
It is unique and interesting that Miles still appears to be able to see Margot, and I'm curious how that will play into the story going forward!
I am also looking forward to seeing what Meg's character & personality is like to know if she is more similar to Margot than just appearances.
Thank you for sharing!!

One of my previous books in my time-travel-trilogy took us back to 1864, I do like that era, at least to write about. Thanks so much for another lovely review, Ethan, I'm so pleased you enjoyed reading this part. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Wow!

"'Bessie's eyes twinkled with merriment as she replied, 'I's didn't need to, my dear, 'I's not from your time, or this time, 'I's belong to all time.'"

Sandra Mitchell! You cheated my muse with these incredibly written, preposterously vague, yet brilliant words of hidden of wonderment. Way to hide what I wanted to know! Brilliant as well as sneaky. I'll be waiting! Lol

Thank you, dear Shirley, for another really nice review and for the sixth golden star. I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply, it was my hubby's birthday yesterday and it was a really busy day, as you can imagine with five sons and their families!! I'm looking forward to reading your next post! Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

-A nice surprise seeing your chapter so early, Sandra.
-You did a great job with this one.
-It flowed effortlessly with heartfelt sentiments and a little apprehension on Margot's part, and I can't say I blame her!
-Bessie remained calm throughout, and helped Margot understand what needed to be done.
-I liked how you describe her as she touched the headstone; it was kind of like Alice going down the rabbit hole, but not as dramatic.
-Now we know that Bessie is "from all time" so who knows when and where she will show up!
-You have a smooth transition to the past as Lady Crawly has just been buried.
-A good scene between Miles and Meg. It is reminiscent of those Victorian love stories when one parent or the other disapproves of the marriage. Miles even references that idea: "'Society and their arrogance."
-I think there is a little foreshadowing at the end with Miles and horse.
-It will be very interesting to see what Margot learns as she listens in to conversations, as Bessie has mentioned to her.
-A really good chapter.
crossed Miles' face, made Meg feel guilty [no comma]

This is an interesting turn. Miles seems to know what he needs Margot to do. At this point, Miles didn't know she was going to die from a fall off of a horse. It is almost like he knows what happened and yet can do nothing to stop it himself. Bessie being from not the past not the present but all times is an mysterious concept. Like Bessie said, I don't need to make to much of this. lol

Thank you so much, Beth, for this lovely review. Yes, Miles can't do anything because he can't investigate something that hasn't happened, while Margot can. You'll see later why she can and Miles can't. Thanks, my friend. :)) Sandra xx
Do you know anything about Ralf? She has completely gone from the site, I know she was seriously ill. I'm hoping my worst fears aren't true. xx
reply by BethShelby on 27-Feb-2022
No, I'm worried about Ralf too. The last I know was in December and she said she been diagnosed with Leukemia. She was worried about her self and said she keep in touch, but she didn't and I don't know how to get in touch with her.

It's very worrying. I'll ask around, if I learn anything, I'll let you know. xx
reply by BethShelby on 27-Feb-2022
I noticed her name isn't listed anymore but her portfolio is still there and I sent a message which she won't get unless she looks on this site.
reply by BethShelby on 27-Feb-2022
I just got an email from Elizabeth Emerald that said she died. She said she got the word from Judy Lawless who googled Obits. I don't when she died but must have been recently.

We are losing so many now, it shows how how old so many of us are. Frightening, really. Thanks, Beth. Not good news, but at least we know. xxx
