Beautifully written by one who's eyes are open. It is so refreshing to 'see'
the light of life in another's eyes. I hope you continue to post more. Yard.
2 Kings 6:17-20
New International Version
17 And Elisha prayed, "Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see." Then the Lord opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Beautiful poem about angels. Lovely overall presentation background and font. Love this part. Vivid visions of vapor...bravely give me a glimpse;Angelic haze takes form...revealing Angels in the mist. Beautiful photo to compliment your words as well. Good luck in the contest.

The author's words are mystifying, interesting, descriptive and creative.
Angels in the mist is a lovely thought. The poem flows and connects
well. The artwork is tranquil and compliments the theme and words
of this poem.

Oh I think this is a good contest entry for the angel contest.

I think the image and color scheme goes well with the poem.

Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

Such a well written poem. What is it about angels that make life seem like a blessing? When they are our guardian angel the skies light up with sunshine. Good luck in the contest.

Nicely written poem about through the quiet of the night the mist of angels shines in the moon. The words flow easily and you make a point with your words. Good luck with the contest.

This feels like a 'hymn' when read aloud. I love it and enjoyed the feeling of safety that it encouraged. Imagery and cadence are done well, as is the picture shown with it. good luck in the contest. ann

Nicely done in free verse. This is the way I envision encounters with angels. I have never had one, but I am hoping one day to have that experience.

Perfect entry for the About Angels writing prompt Contest and best of wishes in the contest my friend!
This second stanza doesn't rhyme as the other stanzas do! ("As I walk in darkness,
bushes rustle as I pass.
A peculiar feeling overcomes;
and still I feel safe.") The other stanzas rhyme perfectly, it's a shame;-( Otherwise an excellent poem!

Thanks for sharing and many blessings to you this New Year!

What a lovely way to express the presence of our guardians. There is so much beyond the small world we acknowledge as reality that it really does blow one's mind. You have conveyed a wonderful sense of peace, contentment and security. Well done.
