What a lovely poem and, obviously, one very personal to you, based on all you've revealed about your life. Your poem is so full of reverence, gratitude and humility, and it's such an optimistic and uplifting piece to read. Your rhymes are as well chosen as always.
Just one quick grammatical suggestion: "reflect the source that makes me whole." (I changed "make" to "makes.")

Great write , my brother. What some people fail to realize is that Only God loves mankind, Satan hates us, especially those who love God. There is a reason that the Earth provides so many good things for man, that is because God put those things here for our enjoyment. We may find enjoyment in Satan's system, but it always wind up being short lived, and many times leads to our destruction. Smoking related disease, damaged health from excessive drinking, drug abuse, etc. these are all things that Satan promotes. The things that God promotes lead to life.

I have 26 years so we but I still remember the sense of peace I found in AA, a very spiritual way to get sober. For me it was a process that didn't happen overnight. It sounds like it was immediately for you. Well done, Roy.
