Isn't the brain a marvelous organ? That her mind lock-stepped to you and the pin she had bought from you, but could not recall when it happened or any of the associated details. Snowplows have been known to flatten the edges of the prefrontal cortex in addition to moving snow.

How fascinating! The brain is so interesting. In this case, Melissa was obviously most impressed with you and remembered interacting with you more than where that meeting took place. I can see that. I don't pay attention to surroundings that much.
