You're an artist too? I drew one here on FS long ago but I can assure you it wasn't this good. Actually, I am an artist, but in the realms of makeup artistry (I was a makeup artist for three years for Barbizon Modeling of Orlando), and I enjoy scrapbooking. I helps to have an artistic eye on FanStory and I use what's left of my eyesight to make my work eye-appealing and vibrant.

This is sugar sweet, beautifully penned, and illustrated, and has the deep components of friendship: admiration, love, and acceptance.

Sending you my best today as always,
Sally :)) XOs

I'm hardly an artist. It looks like a five-year-old drew it. Thank you for a wonderful review.

This is one of the best children's poems that I have seen on this site.

The Walrus to the starfish said
"To you I do proclaim,
That if those things do come to light,
Then I will do the same."

This poem, The Walrus and the Shellfish, is an adorable rhyme that brings two friends together in an upbeat dialogue of questioning life's peculiarities while enjoying its simple pleasures. The artwork is an added gem.

This is a charming poem which I really enjoyed. It has wonderful rhyme and the rhythm is perfect. I like the imagery, as well. What's more important is that these are exactly the kinds of questions that children ask. This is a great little poem and I'm sure children will love it. Nicely done.

I love this parody of The Walrus and the Carpenter. A much more benign version than Lewis Carroll's! All those imponderables add up to an unanswerable conundrum! LOL

OMG! You DREW it? A double threat! Writer and Artist! Believe me when I tell you I flunked stick figures in Kindergarten and it all went downhill from there! This was an adorable poem and well, wow...I love your walrus and starfish! I'm definitely reading this one to Max tomorrow! Move over Picasso! damommy's rockin' the art world!

HUGE GRIN!

How kind you are about my art work. It's so primitive! I'm happy you want to read it to Max. That's quite a compliment!

It's adorable! And I could NEVER come close to approximating anything remotely identifiable, so there ya go!

Love it! It reminds me in only the rhyme and rhythm of the Walrus and the Carpenter. But yours is so sweet and I love your picture, too! It's a perfect attitude for kids to be curious and wanting to share knowledge!

Well, well. You have such an active mind that I am sure you must have difficulty keeping up with all your ideas.
A very innovative and artful poem and drawing. Well done.
