It definitely pays to be prepared, but I doubt that the Boy Scouts could have done as good a job as Tania did. What a rock star!
This was a very sentimental chapter; lots of love all around, even if some of it is still partially hidden.
This was fun to read. The calm before the even more dangerous storm than the one whipping around them.

Comments:
- typo: "...telling Latifar to get ready for one last push" - Latifah
- 'She smiled down... - remove the single quote
- 'My famiy believes it is bad luck...' - typo in family
- "...her great granddaughter will start her life..." - extra space after granddaughter
- "...the pillows so she could lie back..." - replace 'she' with a name (Latifah) because it reads as though Tania is going to lie back with the baby.
- "To have a baby of her own one day, took over her heart..." - no comma needed

Thank you so very much for this really helpful review, dear Ryma, I've made all the corrections. I think some happened when I did some editing on here. It's not a good idea to do it that way. I'm so pleased you found them, and even happier that you pointed them out.
Thank you again, my friend, I'm so pleased you enjoyed reading this part. Warm hugs, Sandra xxx

Well done, Sandra. The baby has arrived and they all survived even Tania and the two men. The storm continues to rage. The baby has no clothes or crib or even a name , yet. Lets hope the name peanuts doesn't stick. My neighbors had a brown retriever named peanuts. LOL Well done. Nancy:)

It's sad, isn't it? But I'm sure this little one will soon have a name, and with any luck, something to wear, too! Thank you so much for reading this part, my friend, I know how difficult it is for you, so appreciate it even more. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Absolutely Perfect!!!!!!! I really enjoyed reading this. It made me forget how much danger Tania is really in, as well as Grand and Monica. We still have some really bad guys on the loose, not to mention the hurricane.

What! lol I was all geared up to write what beautiful and touching the birth of the baby was. What a fascinating ending to this chapter. A man with a gun and a bloody gash in his head.

LOL! I've had a few remarks about that, but now I've removed that last scene and replaced it with...
'I wish I had a camera or my phone with me so I could take a photo of you both.' Tania gazed down at the tiny baby nestled in her mother's arms, and a sudden unfamiliar feeling hijacked her emotions. To have a baby of her own one day, took over her heart, awakening all her sleeping maternal feelings....

I can quite understand readers wanting time to enjoy the birth without knocking it on the head with a horror scene! Lol. I'll start the next part with the gunman scene. Lol. Thank you again, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Oh, for heaven's sake. Will you quit leaving me in a lurch about what's happening next????? lol. It must be one of Colin's henchmen come to kill them all. As if the hurricane and an emergency delivery weren't enough. I'm one the edge of my chair!!!!!

LOL!! I'm sorry, dear Sister. You might be pleased to know that after a few readers thought the gunman scene took away the nice baby birthing. So I've taken it out and will begin the next part with him. This is how it finishes now:

'I wish I had a camera or my phone with me so I could take a photo of you both.' To have a baby of her own one day, took over her heart, awakening all her sleeping maternal feelings....

I hope you like it. :)) Things are soon going to come to a head. But we still want to know who betrayed them. Goodness me, I do hope the P.I. finds out soon and lets me know! LOL!
Thank you so very much for the lovely sixth star, my dear SATP. Sending you a humongous hug!

I loved the Flight Attendent film, that was so, so funny! I wish they were all like him. I wonder if he did that on every trip. It was brilliant. Love you lots my lovely sister! :)) xxxx

I'm sorry you felt the need to change the ending. I really thought it was great because it was suspenseful. Either way, it's a great story. I wondered that about the flight attendant, too, but I bet he does. He looked like he was having a ball. Sending you lots of love, dear sister.

What the heck, you just killed my romantic mode, there was some sushi-mushi between Grant and Tania and now, this guy with the gun ruinned everything or maybe not? Maybe El Grante will jump in and save the day:)

I'm so sorry I ruined your sushi-mushi mood, Lol. I have in fact, taken that part out and will begin the next part with it. I've added this instead....

I hope you like that. The next scene will be a tad different, as you might imagine, lol. Thank you so very much, my friend, for the lovely review. Warm hugs. Sandra xxx

This is amazing. As if you have had experience in this sort of thing. I can see the men having their moment. You did well with this delivery, Dr. Sandy.

I have, but on the receiving end, Chuck. Lol. I nearly lost my youngest son and to keep hold of him, I was in hospital 12 weeks. He is a giant 6ft 2inches now, and a son to be proud of. Thank you so much, my dear friend, for this really lovely review and for the golden sixth star. Sending you are humongous hug, dear friend. Sandy. xxxx

I've had a look at your new chapter, and Chuck, can you forgive me when I tell you I somehow managed to use all this weeks six stars without realising it and your chapter really deserves one. I will review you in a moment and promise to give you your well deserved six next week. Why are we given only six when there are so many fabulous authors on here?

Hard to say, Sandy. Not many care for Historical Fiction. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth all research it takes.
Glad your son made it. My blessings Sandy.

-This is a beautiful chapter, Sandra,
with a perfect ending to a wonderful event.
-There were so many tender moments
from each of the characters as Latifah
was ready to deliver Peanut.
-Tania was wonderful, and as the men
said, she acted like she had done this
a hundred times; I know Latifah appreciated it, too.
-Both men did as were told, only to
ask questions if they weren't sure.
-I liked Peter's suggestion for the cot,
and his comment about his grandmother.
-Grant was in awe, and now we know
he is in love with Tania, but must
move slowly and carefully.
-Tania's heart still isn't healed, but I
think this experience will serve her
well in overcoming some of her fears.

Aw, thank you so very much, my dear friend, for another amazing review and for that glorious sixth star. I love your review, how it made you feel, and what you thought of the men and their feelings. Tania and Grant's feelings for each other will blossom, but they need to come right out and say it. Will they? Hmm. Thanks again, dear friend. Warm hugs and love, Sandra xxx

Well, I may be able to describe an plane crash but I could never have done justice to a birth like you have done here. I feel I could almost deliver a baby myself after reading this.

And then you leave us with a blood-soaked gunman by way of a cliff hanger. This should propel you into the money this month.

Brilliant

LOL! I'd like to see that! Thank you so much, Jim, for this really lovely compliment you gave me. I could do it if I had to, like Tania, but I have to admit, I'd be scared out of my mind I'd do something wrong. I've had a few reviews from men, and they have been amazing, like yours. I tried to tone it down so as not to put anyone off. But to see a newborn baby truly is the most amazing thing to see.
Thank you so much for the lovely sixth star, you're a wonderful friend!! Warm hugs, Sandra xxxx
Oh, there is no way I could write about a plane crash the way you did. xx

What an intense chapter and after Tania does such and incredible job of delivering a baby, you are going to leave us with the Raier pointing a gun at Tania. I'm wondering how he got in this part of the house, past the men. I know you're going to get her out of this perdicament somehow, but I am anxious to find out how. This chapter was excellent.

AW, thank you so much for those lovely comments on Peanut's delivery. I'm so pleased you liked that. I have removed that last paragraph and will begin the next part with it. You'll learn more about how he got there in that part. This is what I've replaced that paragraph with. I hope you like it, and agree with my decision...

Thank you again, my friend. Now it's time for me to catch up with your story. We are nicely established in our lovely new home now! Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx
