Well, this reminds of the, "I don't understand women' all men say at least once in the life. I sure women say the same. But, at least we are getting a better look at the way Katherine's mental and emotional states function. So far they have been odd, considering everything Gabe said, and her age. At times she acts like a 15 year old virgin. It's odd.
Nice way to hang a light on it.

Katherine is only hurting herself. I have learned to regret so many missed opportunities because I was hesitant to act on my feelings. Second guessing yourself, and denying your true feelings only hurt you in the end. If you have feelings for someone, it is best that you let them know. If they reject you, that is on them, but if they accept and acknowledge similar feelings, it could lead to a blissful conclusion. I am happy with my life, but if I had not been such a coward, I might have had a lot more joyful memories to look back on.

This is a great chapter. You've found a way to force some recognition of what is silently happening between Gabriel and Katharine. I think she's more in denial than he is. Looking forward to seeing what happens when she opens that door.

She can't help but feel physically attracted to this sexy man, but she is so embarrassed about her feeling that she doesn't even trust herself to be around him. I think this is funny. If he hadn't been so attractive she probably could have laughed it off. Good writing. I'm looking forward to the next episode.

LOL!! I agree with Gabe, she's being over sensitive, as he said, she's been married, she has sons, she's seen all there is to see! What is wrong with her. So she fancy's him, she should go for it or she'll lose him. It was her fault, she shouldn't go into the lads changing room, anyway, there are big boys at that school!! LOL.
