Poor Tania. Where is she? This is certainly turning into a cliff hanger.
The chances that Colin will come back to his apartment are really not too great, but hopefully, he will. That is their only hope of tracking him.

You did a great job, Sandra, with this intense chapter. I was thinking the man with the gun was regular police. But the fact he was part of Grant's team he had called in to rescue Tania fits in beautifully. You described the situation of him finding Monica in great detail with equally great imagery. Also, your descriptions of the feelings/thoughts Monica has create great imagery. I could see everything as it unfolded. This chapter was suspenseful and continues throughout. I look forward to the next one.

I was worried that Colin had someone watching near his home, but I was pretty sure it was going to be Grant's security friends. Just a little info-it's Fox in a hen house here. It was really foolish for Monica to go out on her own to find Tania. She could had ended up in the same fix as her foster sister. I think Blake and his team are totally able to find Colin and undo his evil scheme. Well done, Sandra.
