Quotations so often give us an inspiration for a poem or other writing. I can relate to falling. I've fallen a few times, with only one requiring medical attention. No bones broken. It sounds like Janet's fall was a serious one, and I pray for her recovery after surgery. Seniors need to be aware of how important it is to beware of falling. "I trust my God to hold me, soul and all" is a beautiful thought. judi

Thank you for praying, Judi! I recently fell a couple of times and I'm really aware of how dangerous it can be. Age makes us more vulnerable and fragile. So glad that you are alright! Hugs!

Dear Helen, from your author's notes, it sounded like this post was going to be a collaboration, but it turns out one only invented the form, and the other named it.
But it was a person named Helen, who wrote this thoughtful and faith filled poem; she is the one who should get ALL the credit!
