This is a fun end to a possibly tough situation. I have heard of fiances doing things like this to propose and it sounds like a fun surprise for her. I enjoyed this.

Yep, the concept is not totally original, but you have massaged it well in this 100-word short. Minus the boyfriend and it could have been the cop getting romantic.
