Nice, descriptive little poem! Beauty and despair... death on display... evergreens reign .. these are great lines! I'm seeing a lot of poems about Fall right now but this one stood out to me.

Yes an interesting juxtaposition in relation to changing of color and how 'evergreens reign' in the season of Autumn - not my favourite time of year as 'Dying is on display'

This is beautiful. I love Fall.You explore death and life here. Love the line Dying is on display. Colors we love to watch are from death. My preacher once compared that beautiful death to our death and going to heaven.
