Time is a wonderful subject to explore. Time clearly is elastic. Eckhart Tolle says time is something we invent in our minds. It is interesting how if two of us were sitting in the same room with a stop watch going, we would each perceive time differently, even though it was literally the same length of time. Your poem addresses this concept.

when my husband (passed) would look in my eyes...
we didn't have to speak to know what the other was

You met the requirements for the four-line poem. I like the sentiment you have in this poem. I have to say, my two favorite lines, are the middle lines. The irony of the poem is the last line. After you show time moving, then you show it standing still.
