You can say that again! There is nothing like walking on the Beach at about 7 a.m. in the morning. The shells have washed up on shore, the Sun has risen with a grand array of colour and it is so quiet, except for the swish of the waves washing up onto the sand. That's what I call "Peace."

Nicely done with the poem form. Nothing like sand between the toes as the sun rises or sets. It indeed calms you like a glass of wine. Psalms 65:8 says of God: " You will cause those from the sunrise to the sunset to shout joyfully."
