I appreciate you reading this and sharing your thoughts very much. Drive-by shooters are at the top of the list of disastrous psyches. They must be getting some kind of a thrill from this horrible behavior. It is beyond understanding.

I regularly see stories on the Memphis news about innocent children
playing--even sleeping in their beds--being killed by stray bullets in drive-bys. You have made EXCELLENT use of your syllables!

Thank you so much for your review and comments! It is a terrible situation here in Memphis. There's a lot of people who need to come to their senses. So many innocent victims are suffering and their families as well.

What you say is so true. Appreciation for God's goodness and blessings is increasingly falling by the wayside. It is a tragic situation...and the results are horrible things like the drive-by shootings.

Yes, agreed! They are cowards and should "count on God's revenge!" These days, with the quarantine, at least, there are no opportunities for school shootings and other mass shootings. May the Lord keep our country safe.

We've had several drive-by shootings over the past month...one an 18 month old girl. This is not uncommon in Memphis. So much sadness for the families. This world is in a very dark place right now. But your reviews are always a spot of brightness, Helen, and gratefully appreciated. xoxo

The last month has brought several drive-by shootings--one of them was an 18 month old girl. It is a display of pure evil. Since I don't have a car, I walk someplace nearly every day, often over a mile. I've had some negative encounters with slow-passing cars; but so far, no one in them has shot me. Others in Memphis have not been so fortunate. Thank you so much for reading this, Dolly. xo

It is a sad and terrible situation. There has always been violence in this world and it proves that human beings need to look up to something greater than themselves and claim it for a role model. Thank you greatly for sharing your thoughts.

I remember that scary scene very well. I can't understand the mentality of someone whose mind allows them to do this sort of thing...maybe even encourage it.
