Classic ... what we all dream about it holds a perfect image and testifies to the reality of the hope within the dream ... It says a lot without holding refrain and asks the desire to loose the reigns and indulge. It tears the seam of realism and patches the jeans of mystic fantasy. I comes to the climax of a sharp wonder moment with perfect intuition and an astounding discovery of well being and total adjustment ... heres to it ... on the other hand some women over in the UK when they like to get rid of a man actually use the climax of your dream scenario to get rid of the men by using it in a sarcastic man ... DREAM ON ... how cruel !

Wow - this one must have really touched a little something in you, my friend... and what a cool expression that it 'patches the ueans of mystic fantasy' -- that is AWESOME!! ;) :) Hopefully you have some happy memories from those time even though some women give the rest of us a bad name... :( ;( For me, Aerosmith is one of those bands that seems to pump a bit of youthful back into today's emotions just cuz it recalls the freedoms of being a teenager (and my escapades that includes - lol!) -- wow!! What a different life and world!! :) :) Thanx for the review, B-P, and have a great weekend! ;) Yvette

Holy Rock n Roll Yvette!
Another terrific piece you composed. Thanks for the memories!
I was more a Motown fan, but Aerosmith had great songs too. Of course, there was a band from Liverpool that stormed our shores that was clearly the best in the 1960-70s era!
Enjoyed your alliterations in your middle line. Any make outs for me were not on moon roofs (-;

Your 5-7-7 certainly fulfills the prompt. It is well-written, exuberant, and descriptive in its addressing of Aerosmith, who has been around for a loooong time!

Thank you, THANK YOU -- I shall tell myself that the next few times I look in the mirror and get discouraged - lol! ;) :) Believe it or not, Ol' Blue Eyes is my favorite crooner... kindof jumped on the Harry Connick, Jr. train, too -- sometimes, that rich voice is what is called for, ya know? :) :) Thanx for the review, Rikki -- you take care out there!! ;) Yvette

You are too well put together to get discouraged. You are right about Sinatra, have you listened to Michael Buble.

It seems to be a season for confession, I was reading a post about someone's lost love, many moons ago, and I was sucked into the vortex, it's funny how our lives pan out, that lost romantic notion...if only? But I'm really happy with my life, I'm not hanging on to a daisy over some precipice. Well done Yvette, blessings, Roy

You got it just right for the contest . I knew where you were going as I read the piece before I read the notes. Excellently done but I guess I'm showing my age.

Memories, aren't they wonderful? You can be selective with them, pick your nice ones and throw out the bad. This song reminded me a little of Pet Clark's song, Upon the Roof. Your well chosen words words say so much, my friend. Well done and good luck in the contest. :)) Sandra xxxx
Thank you, again, for that lovely ecard. You brightened my day. :)) xxxx
