Excellent seasonal advice especially with the twin problem of drunk driving. No chance of a white out in the uk but I presume one could be the result of heavy drinking glazing the eyes so equally applicable :) All the best! R

I too like VMarguarite for her artwork! Nice descriptive effort for this limited syllable contest. Unsure if White-outs should be plural. IMHO it reads better if it is White-out, then it describes the driving.

You have made good use of the seven syllables allowed by this prompt. Yes, people should stay home in such conditions. I suppose there could be exceptions, but those drivers would be inviting disasters.

This is especially amusing to me because thirty eight years ago we had a severe white out which then caused a severe black out. No television. No phone service. Then exactly nine months later in our neighborhood, four babies were born. Driving wasn't the only activity affected.
