Hello Miranda, after reading that one word comes to mind, DAMN! That was one hell of a flash fiction story. It is difficult to tell a story in so little words but you did one hell of a job, albeit a gross one. When you gotta go, you gotta go.

Well all I have to say is he's just lucky he wasn't crossing the Atlantic in an airplane at the moment, or the emergency would've blown sky high. lol
Excellent job with a true flash story. I am quite enjoying this series of mishaps.

Been there, done that, fortunately for me, I was wearing a Depends at the time, and I was able to discard the mess into a trash can in the men's room. After cleaning myself, I was able to make it home before another crisis arose.

This only funny if it doesn't happen to you--this didn't happen to me, so it's funny. Well written! I like the descriptive, 'unholy' emergence and the clever word play of 'a shart in the dark.' Good luck with the contest and otherwise.

This is very funny. I can see the poor chap in agony trying to make it to the bathroom. I guess that more than one of us thought that we were passing gas when all of a sudden, plop! I think it's not as bad if it happens at home. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this humorous and well written work. Well done!
