This is very informative. But your light, easy style of writing makes it entertaining as well. I was eating a butter chicken frozen meal as I read this. Not gluten free though.

You can do this, I've been at it for eight years and doing so much better! Drink aloe juice to heal any damage that may have occurred in your intestines. I noticed miracles when I went gluten free. I tested severely allergic to wheat, oat, barley, rye and gluten.

Excellent

It's annoying when supermarkets change ranges or stop stocking things. My favourite yoghurt went strange. I think they must have started adding gelatine. Too many also use stevia (I know... but I hate the taste) or artificial sweetening. Things don't always need sweetening! I hope you find some good sources soon. Thanks for an interesting chapter.

Thanks mate. Hope you are still on for Publishing my autobiography. I might try self-publishing the Rambles(These) otherwise get your help with these too. You never answered me about the pictures whether to add them to script or do insert photo pages into the books? Do I need to add the pictures in when I send you the files or just a list of pictures(with fig nos) to insert sent separately? Not leaving site just going FREE on Pinny2 ok. Will fan you from there if I have not done so already. Greenback exchange as you also understand ATM is killing me and other issues as well.

Sorry-- I've had a lot of extra problems with computer, phone, internet, illness... you name it! If you could send me your story again, I can put the photos into it.
You'll need to send me the photos (as jpegs) and indicate clearly where they go in the text.

There does seem to be a lot more choice now for those with coeliac disease. Gluten appears in so many products from toothpaste to cough medicine. It must make it very hard sometimes.
