This a quite hammy poem. It is delightful. The imagery is amusing and will draw the reader in. The reader will be invited to contemplate a different attitude toward snails if need be. Some readers will already have an appreciative viewpoint toward them. The use of personification brings fun animation to this poem. Well written.

Love how Sammy not only solves his problem by getting a heater, but seems to gain a relationship in the process. What i don't like is being out of sixes again. Sammy sure gave me quite a giggle, though. Love the share!

Lol! That's cute! I don't think Amazon carries that size "space heater." The only thing is technically, most snails have both male and female parts so they can fertilize each other and both lay eggs. This is dismaying to me as then there are more critters feasting on my plants!
