Thank you for sharing the clever picture to reinforce your dialog between Daniel and Samuel. Your alliteration of "O's" in describing God is very effective. Cheers- Joan

I do agree that God is "religion-free!" Yes, He is above all the manmade rules and legalisms we set up to try to get closer to Him.
Suggestions:
Your sentences are very long and it would be clearer and easier for the reader to break them up and make the sentences vary in length. Shorter sentences for ideas you really want to get across.
"He only gifts and loves His best creation man" (gives)
Gift is a noun and give is the verb. A comma after 'creation' would also clarify that 'man' is the creation.

An easy read with excellent flow.
Enjoyed reading this short story.
It made the reader re-read and
fully understand its meaning.
Once again thank you.

One thing is certainly true, that is that God is th only wise one, wisdom is not necessarily something that is predictable or reasonable to man. God knows the end from the beginning, free will is true, but God knows which way we will go. Well done, blessings, Roy

If you want to hear God laugh tell him your plans. God doesn't give us any more burden than we can handle, if he does all we have to do is ask for guidance. Faith conquers all.

This is an interesting way of presenting God and His infinite wisdom, "The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth." We don't understand everything about how God works but it is fundamental to have faith in His existence that He Is.
Your presentation is very good especially your style and expression, how you answer the questions so people will pay attention. I think your write is excellent and well-articulated. Well done.

Very good. Everything you state here is the truth. You are a wise man and know all wisdom comes from God. In your author notes, you say this is a work of fiction, but I see very little fiction here.

Yes, this could be interpreted in a number of ways. But I for one firmly believe it is always right to ask the question. Sometimes the answer we receive makes as little sense as this father's does. And if I've totally missed the mark, forgive me, but thank you for the debate. (And if you care, my P.O.V. is that I'm a Christian.)

You do know that there a bunch of other words that could be used in place of the multitude of "act"-"acts"-"actions" etc. you use in this piece. It is an interesting premise and I thank you very much for sharing it.
