Great reading once again. Glad the SIXES are back again. Can see the romance getting closer perhaps. Still your usual good storytelling style. One spag. "No. When (are)we going?"

Often during conversation we leave the little words out. I know it's wrong, but we do. Thank you for the kind review.

No worries as I have said I call it a West Coast syndrome where someone posts "couple" this or that and leaves the "of" out after hehe.

This seems to be quite a mystery. Full of intrigue! I like you put these two on the flirting path, and I hope he wins her over! I have not seen any previous chapters, but I definitely want to start at the beginning. Sad though that the brother has to learn of the nit so nice behaviors of his family. That is a difficult one. I will be looking forward to your future chapters! :)

I really liked this. It flowed well and I didnt see any mistakes. I like how I got a clear image in my head of what I believed was happening. Overall very well done.

I wonder if Logan was watching her talk to Kate. Logan is in for a surprise when he listens to the recorder. Logan again to the rescue for Mac. I think that Mac asking Logan what he is looking for in a wife is a subtle hint. They are definitely getting closer. I love this romance part of the story. I think Mac needs to look at old cases, because it is becoming very obvious someone is out to hurt her. Well done.

Barbara, You got me hooked. I haven't read your previous chapters, maybe I will go back if I can find the time, but I think I have an idea. Now that man, who do you think he was and what was his motive in trying to accost McKenzie? Fortunate enough that Logan was close at hand. I think there's something building up there. Well done. Looking forward to read more.

And so, the love lines are being drawn, a part a lot overlook, or they see it anyhow. Loved this episode, they're getting near the answer to a lot of things, but no know more about Megan than they did. But now it's Mack who wants to defend Logan. Where's that phone? Well done, great episode Barbara, blessings, Roy

Hi Barbara, I hate having to say this to people but I only want to have to say this to you once... please... stop apologizing for posting an entire 1500 words! Like it's some devastating length or something. Oh, Good Lord! I think I'm just going to DIE if I ever have to read that many words! LOL (I'm sorry, it's just one of my pet peeves... I mean, it's a WRITING site!) Should everyone keep their writing to a minimum in a novel? (has anyone read a real one?) I'm sure chapters are longer than 1500 words! LOL
Okay... so, who is this man who would walk up in broad daylight and try to accost our gal on the street! Unbelievable! Good thing our knight in shining armor showed up and rescued her! :)

Excellent story. It must have hurt Logan to hear about his sister's risky life style, but knowing about her habits is the only way to discover who murdered her. That was a scary encounter that Mac had with the man who grabbed her arm, and she didn't know who he was. Good thing Logan was there, although she resents his baby-sitting her. Jose will provide good back-up when Mac goes to the Tin Roof. Logan is still quite concerned about Mac's safety, though. It does make sense that she'll learn more if she goes by herself. Great developments. judi
