So, did Lauri's analyses jive with yours? Inquiring minds want to know!! xo
reply by diamondbogle on 23-Jun-2019
Yeah I think it did. I think it was pretty spot on.

Sometimes Rachelle Allen a dying, stinky, disturbing fish is just a dying, stinky, disturbing fish. Thanks so much for another funny little moment loving your levity... yours, Diana

My analyst says not to worry about interpreting dreams just be glad that you do dream. If the dreams are scary or harmful then we worry until then enjoy. Good piece.

Uh-oh. I almost never dream. And when I do, they are so bizarre, I promptly forget them. (Don't tattle on me to your analyst...)

Thanks for the fun review, Rikki. xo

Rachelle,

I'm curious about the concept of feeding a fish more fish. I think there's something masochistic in there. Hmmm.. Might want to study up on that, too. hahahaha!

HAHAHAHA. You're RIGHT about that!! But fish do that "food chain" thing, Robyn, so maybe it's not as horrific as it is for other species? Maybe.

Thanks for the fun review! xo

How intriguing!

I think it's important that:

You remembered the dream

You remembered how you felt in the dream

You fed your fish baby ... fish

You walked away from its dead body

As for the meaning of the dream, your subconscious was telling you something in metaphorical dream language. Why choose a fish? Only you can say.

Dreams can be weird. But I think they usually reflect what's on your mind.

Blessings Julia

Ordinarily, I don't even have dreams, let alone remember them...so this is what caused me to analyze. Lesson learned. No more analyzing!! TOO weird!

Thanks for the fun review, Juliz. xo

I was a fish out of water in this area, for sure! That's why I had to go online for some help. I don't remember my dreams hardly ever, but this one certainly seemed as if it needed analyzing. xo

Hi Rachelle :)
Wow, that's a disturbing dream! I think the fish probably died because it was out of water!!
Your interpretation of your dream certainly sounds plausible. You'd had a 'big thing' to focus all your energy and attention on, and once over with and off your mind, it gave you chance to let your subconscious run riot and conjur up images of fish babies, tuna sandwiches and metal tables!
You never fail to entertain me :)
Thanks for sharing! Best wishes as always, Debra :) x

I think I'd really rather not have my dreams analysed. I hope you have a wonderful vacation. How many weeks do you have to enjoy a break from teaching?

I return to work July 9th. (though this entry was from June of 2015.)

Duh - I never really look at the dates of posts. Perhaps I'd better start.

Holy buckets. They would have a field day with some of my dreams! I know I sure can't figure them out. Your dream sounds just like the sort of dream I have. LOL
Fascinating topic and you made it super interesting.
I found no errors in your work. No edits or corrections needed. Where did you find the dream analysis? :-)
All the best,
Jan

This journal entry is from 2015, so I don't totally remember. I just know I found it online. Maybe Google "analysis of a dream" so something similar.

Wow! That is definitely a strange dream! Dream interpretation is an interesting subject. Some people ever remember their dreams, but I have quite vivid dreams and remember most! Maybe I should see what they mean and then again-maybe not! I'm in a pretty happy place in my life and I hate for it to tell me that there something wrong! Haha! Anyway I'm glad you're on vacation and you won't have any more fishy dreams like this! LoL!!

It's a fine line, having your dreams analyzed. I agree with you, Diana. Maybe let that sleeping fish...er, DOG, lie! Don't volunteer for trouble.

This entry was from 2015, but I always take the month of June off, so I am on vacation again, this year with no weird dreams to show for it. xo

Woo hoo! Glad to hear that - no weird dreams, I mean! And nice to be on vacation too! It is a very interesting subject though.
