Hi, Rox, I hope you're feeling better now, and it wasn't anything too serious. There has been a lot of sickness around here in England, a different strain of the flu that the flu jabs were useless against.

It was such a shock for us all when we were told Michael had died. He had been in hospital in the ICU on loads of machines, and his family were told it could take a couple months, but not long after, he died. No one, as far as I know, knew what it was, just that it was sudden. He was on here on the 6 January. All I do know, is he is going to be really missed on here.

Everybody loved him and he never had a bad bone in his body.

You clearly held him in very high regard and I very much you sharing what he meant to yourself and others.

This is the third or so tribute to Michael Cahill that I'm reading here from Fanstorians who got to know him. I may have read a script or two from him but I really didin't know him that well.

But the tributes have brought him closer to my attention as one of the great ones on this site. I join hands wth you...

No, it doesn't work like that. Tom posts a piece for us on the front page to let us know. But, Michael had been off site a few days and people were already very worried. He was they type who would always let you know if he would be away for a while, he didn't do that this time, so we were all concerned. So sad.
