It is indeed a waltz of love - in preparation for the most important one - when she gets married and shares with him that first dance. A very touching poem and artwork to go with it. Well done.

This is a sweet poem for the Dance contest! Doing the waltz of love on daddy's toes is always an endearing thought. You used an original idea here. Very natural and sweet, a dad and daughter dancing! Great write!

My guess is that all fathers can relate to this 'a-one'derful imagery. Thanks for those memories with own my 'little girl' who now has her own little girls (-:

now this is a precious entry. How many of the women on this site can relate to 'dancing on daddy's shoes?' I can. This is written with you structure and the image is lovely. The syllable count is solid. I found no errors. I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

A very well-written 3-5-3 about any little girl's first dance of love on the feet of a father that teaches his princess the rhythm of the musice that makes us dance and sway.
