I like how you've made Autumn come alive and personal by writing about the season using a woman to describe it. Very clever and well thought out.. The artwork is beautiful and spot on. I enjoyed this well written offering. You should do well in the contest. Well done!

What a beautiful poem of Autumn, this season brings us such beautiful vibrant colors of gold, browns and reds. The picture you chose is just beautiful, it depicts your poem perfectly!

Hello Mystery Writer
So lovely. The visual imagery plays to the reader's imagination. Creative and delightful to read and enjoy. I wonder if children today still learn of Jack Frost? When I was a child, my sister would taunt me that Jack Frost was coming during the nights in October and November. As we lived across from a century old cemetery, you can imagine I was more than afraid whenever I heard his name mentioned! Too funny!
Thank you for sharing!

This is a well-written poem within the constraints of the contest. Although it 's 5-7-5 poem, your last line, "Jack Frost rejoices" gives it the characteristics of a Haiku. Well done. All the best for the contest.

A beautifully written entry for the 5-7-4 ode to autumn contest. A wonderful personification of this season. It also has a nice flow of thought. I wish you only the best with this poem in the contest.

In my opinion, this is a gorgeous presentation, even though the last line doesn't quite fit the poem's theme. In my humble opinion, the poem should conclude with a line about the gorgeous Autumn reference, for example, with this writer's permission and indulgence, " colorful for all" - or - "shine and color glow" - just suggestions. I'm sure you can do better...

Beautiful personification of such a rapturous season, and this is brought to life even more boldly with the stunning image accompanying it. Autumn has such gorgeous colours and i agree that she would be very regal and fabulous indeed if she were a person and would capture jack frosts heart. Great ode, good luck x
