lol lol I must say you do very well with writing these short stories about flies. This made me giggle, but had a twinge of police work in it too! Very cute words and cute imagery with the words. Blessings, Teri

OK, this is about the most unusual short story I think I have ever read. Loved your names for the characters but even when I got to the "dog poop" comment, I was still not certain these were flies and a lizard. Having Inspector Camille blend in with her surroundings was subtle and brilliant. You captured and painted a believable picture of a moment in the life of a flock of insects and their unknowing natural predator. They really aren't that smart, are they? I mean, Sheesh!

IT is somewhat humorous, I like the play on the inspector's name. The poem is listed as general fiction and does not state if it is directed towards children or not. It is well written. Not my favorite genre of poem as to write Daily Lives of Flies and whys. It does distract from everyday life. Thanks for sharing.

Listed as a short story. If it were for children I?d likely not kill anything. Thanks for giving it a look.

Thanks, Dolly. Not much mourning over fly deaths.
