Now here is vital information for your friend, Brynda, as her doctor(s) may not tell her these critical facts about chemotherapy. Did you know that those same doctors would NEVER subject either themselves or their family members to chemo, even though they regularly prescribe it for patients? Here is why:

I have similar information from other trustworthy sources too.

Also investigate the phenomenon of "chemo brain" -- loss of short term memory because of the damage chemo does to the brain, even if it works on the cancer.
That happened to my own mother. There is ZERO history of dementia in her family (parents and siblings), but the chemo was another matter.

I hope this information saves your friend from further harm.
