This was well written and it made me cry. I just love how your best buddy is/was your son. This was definitely written from the heart. I will add I am so sorry for your loss and hopefully writing this poem was a form of therapy that helped in some way.

Thanks Kathleen for enjoying this poem about Jason and what he had done his mission is job on Earth to die to give life is a very Noble thought and a very Rarity indeed I've always tell people when I talk about this cuz it can be effective sometimes in the negative way that the odds of you being in that situation or greater than being eaten by great white shark and struck by lightning in that Atlantic Ocean thanks for this doctor Ricky 1024 and happy New Year

Thanks poetic friend for this fine review and for honoring my son Jason and his buddy buddy is friend home I have to add to that I forgot to do it the original buddy friend which is quite beautiful in case you don't get a chance to go back to it here it is the very first thing I wrote over 14 years ago out of literally hundreds of thousands buddy Friend by Richard Edward smrkovsky I'm not here right now but I'm not far I'm going to place close by just take a moment and you'll see and then you'll know just where I'll be Jason Richards merkosky November 5th 1984 March 31st 2003 organs donated April 1st 2003 April Fools Day
