What a place to stop! I hope she isn't going to do what I think she is. This is an eerie nightmare, at least I hope it's going to be a nightmare in this story, and an excellent contest entry. I remember that phrase as a kid. :) In the story, Eu El is dreaming, but what he does not realize is that the dreams are real. Thank you the kind review and stars. Very much appreciated.

This is very horrible indeed. Why must the witch pick on the innocent baby girl? Eu El is in a very hazy fuzzy state of mind and it's hard to say whether he's in a nightmare or truly in this weird condition.

Interesting...I did notice how on this sentence: Everything that was Eu El's world, mixed with the confusion of adolescence, had transformed his life into a confusing equation he was left to solve by himself.
You used the word confusion and confusing...which are close together. So you might want to change one of them to a different word. Otherwise, very good.

I came in to see if there was something on the book side to catch my attention.
Not knowing what to expect, I read this as a passing decision.
Author. Your writing is superb. Grammar flowed but not stretched....effortless. I like that. Some try to hard, but when talent is a part, it comes naturally.
Insight to thoughts (the characters) and the actions forthcoming were excellent. The narrative through words that were excellently wielded. Very impressed, and worth the six stars.
