I am not much into the briefer poetic forms, like Haiku. But I understand the point of it. The satori works well declaring a new day when the lights have turned on and the sleepy mountains rise up. Works for me.

Yes, it certainly is brief. :-) .. I am glad you ended up liking the Haiku.
They are fun to write and difficult to make them make sense.

We recently stayed in an RV resort that had a view
much like this.. What a joy to watch the new day break through.
