Tiny tenor. Nice. Played sax in high school band. There is the alto saxophone, tenor and baritone saz. Alto is the high range. tenor is medium and baritone is low tones. Like the ambient noises, the birds. Nice haiku here. How long do BOO has to post this challenge? if not too late would love to post one.

I can hear the robin sing and you are so perfectly spot on with the imagery leading to the perfect line of the tiny tenor.

I "clicked" and when the automatic sounds of birds began, all three of my pet felines came dashing into the room! It was quite funny to see, thought I'd share!
I have a large silver maple out my back door, and I often sit on my patio with a cup of coffee in the morning... sounds just as you've described in your haiku!
Regards,

Cheers, Gypsy;
-you've outdone yourself with this one, Gypsy, and created an essence of spring in nature.
-With the beautiful bird sounds in the background that it exults your haiku with two grammatically connected and demonstratively descriptive lines which create a visual expressiveness.
-I just love the alliteration in your satori when you write "tiny tenor" which cultivates an aha moment within your haiku and especially exceeds in describing your conceptual theme so perfectly.
-Great picture that also supports and is so relative to your haiku and its meaning.
-You are very good at what you do and that is haiku.
-Thank you for sharing and take care and have a good one.

As a person who loves to sing and listen to the robins sing at dawn, I found your poem to be delightful. It is vivid and . . . what is that I hear? I can even hear robins. The soloist at church described me as being a tenor, so I love your satori. You capture the early moment joy of nature, life, and all of creation awakening.
Thank you for sharing a most relaxing and refreshing poem.

Hahaha...
I thought at first this read "tiny terror" and I was like, 'Wha-a-a...?'
But, I finally came to my senses (what few I have left) and realized that it simply couldn't be; it made no sense.
Turns out that I was right after all.
Chalk one up for me, Y-a-a-a-ayyyyy!
The addition of birdsong was a nice touch as well. It gives the entire haiku a very serene, peaceful feel.
A feeling of "zen", if you will.
Well done, Gypsy Sensei.An excellent addition to the book.

Ha, this one made me smile friend, a very clever musical take on the beauty of the tiny tenor welcoming in the glory of a new day while perched in the Mapel. I love that you didn't attach any accompanying art because your words and bird song conjure beautiful images in my mind's eye... very nice Gypsy!!

One of Nature's very special moments - song of the tiny robin, at the dawn of a new day, captured so eloquently here with alliterative inlay in this Haiku

Hi Gypsy;
what a lovely presentation. The background effects made me think my window was open! (I don't have my speakers turned up very loud.)
The haiku was wonderful. I was able to discern both the 'kigo' and 'satori' clearly. I'm getting better!
