Midnight thunderstorms aren't anything that I ever know about, since I'm sound asleep, and only a bomb can wake me until I'm ready to wake up. But thanks for the fine poem that allows me to see the storm through your mind. :-)

And there it is! Now I know! Beautifully written haiku Gypsy, it's truly amazing how something as wild as a storm soothes the soul. Perhaps it's the water, yes, that is the source of life that does it...who knows? Great satori, the puzzle? Well done, blessings, Roy

This is a great Haiku. I love thunderstorms at night. Sometimes I fight to stay awake to listen as the thunder booms me a sonnet, and the lighting flashes across the sky.

The black background and white font works well. 'Midnight thunderstorm' this creates a very vivid picture in the mind. Funny how a thunderstorm can sooth the mind, clear it of uncertainly. MaggieF

Hola Marival, this is a wonderful haiku. It says so much in so few words and that's the essence of haiku, of course. I loved it. Un abrazo de tu amiga. Ulla:)))

Nicely done, but I would have thought a thunderstorm would clear your mind as it washes away the negative we all carry.bthose echoes can be damn loud sometimes, I do really enjoy reading your writes

Hmmm nice I can interpret a few from these 3 lines gypsy a literal interpretation but also a metaphorical interpretation but then again I suppose that's what haiku are all about
