A very well-written Nonet. The repeating and recycling contests seem to drive the poet nuts, but she still enters the contest to tell about the disgust in the repeating contests.

Thank you Jan for your excellent review, I appreciate it. These are two subjects that has many members upset, to the point of not participating. I got the idea for this entry from reading all the unhappy member comments in your thread. It tied for first place. Have a great day...Bill

I simply don't care anymore. I've received a few warnings throughout my 8 years, so if they want to kick me off, so be it. My membership runs out in October and I'm not sure if I'll renew it.

You are so right, I don't enter them anymore. It costs a lot to come out with next to nothing by the time it's been shared out as well. It's hardly worth trying to come up with something different for a worn out theme. Good luck in the contest! Sandra xxx

Your nonet is in good form and will appeal to nearly everyone who writes on FS. At first I thought your syllable count on "members wouldn't shun" was one too many but syllable counters on the web don't seem to agree but I thought I would mention it. It's funny you wrote about stretched deadlines since we just went through that in this very contest. Good luck in the voting.

At first I thought your syllable count on "members wouldn't shun" was one too many but syllable counters on the web don't seem to agree but I thought I would mention it. Thanks for your review. You said that you're always looking for new contests, well, you won't find them here. I've been a member for nine years and I can recall some of the daily prompts dating back most of those years.
I used to create one or two contests every week, but there were many problems with those that did not go by the rules. That was before the CCC, but we still have that problem even with this committee in place.
When we dislike something, we must speak out in writing contest entries or in the forum...
