Amazing memories your poem and picture dredge. I remember my child (any one of four) snuggled into my chest and stomach as I lounge similarly on a couch. I found, and still remember, how I could adjust my breathing to theirs, producing a weightless, floaty feeling. Ahhhhhhh.
